There are two kinds of VIP rooms. For P1000, you may occupy the green room, lavender room, etc. For P1300, choose among Chinese Red room, American Blue, Filipino Yellow, etc. I recommend you choose the latter. You only add P300, but the rooms are much better. Maximum of 10 persons only per room.
